during my stay, the staff were very kind and accommodating, made the experience even better as I enjoyed exploring the nearby Deibert Park, just under 3 km away, perfect for a leisurely walk to take in the nature and fresh air.

The location is great, and the coffee was awesome! I loved the full-body massage at the nearby diner-totally worth it! Everything was clean and fresh.

The room was clean but lacked Wi-Fi, disappointing. Arrive early to sort out check-in and handle any unexpected delays.

The cleanliness of the rooms could be vastly improved!!! The decor is more comical than attractive, and basic amenities like bedside lamps are non-existent!!! A more thorough check before guests arrive would be appreciated!!!

The newly refurbished rooms are more inviting, resembling a cute embrace from a favorite grandma. The fresh paint and spacious layout created a lovely atmosphere perfect for relaxation for anyone visiting.

Better maintenance of common areas and amenities needed.

We enjoyed our stay with the kids. The hotel's location was convenient, being a quick 4-minute drive to the Children's Museum of the Shoals, which the teens loved. The spacious room offered plenty of space for our family to relax.

My kids wished there were some family-friendly breakfast options.

The room had a tv and air conditioning, which I appreciated during the hot days. The cleanliness left much to be desired. The bathroom had a terrible odor, made it uncomfortable to use. I was also disappointed by the lack of basic amenities like towels, which I had to request multiple times. The parking situation was pretty rough with potholes everywhere. I couldn't believe how thin the towels were. They felt more like rags than proper linens. While the staff tried to help, the whole experience felt chaotic, especially with no one at the front desk at times. I will say, I managed to get a decent night's sleep despite the creaky bed and noise from upstairs.

The Beautiful King Suite was cozy and had amazing sheets that felt luxurious. I loved the relaxing jacuzzi session and the fun game room they had for some downtime. Just a heads up, the parking lot could use a bit of fixing up, but it didn't ruin my time at all 😊
